1 cup mustard greens

1 tsp canola oil

Here is how you make Veggie Pasta Dinner:

Cook tofu to taste. In a pot, bring water to boil and then add pasta. When water comes to a boil, lower heat to med and stir occasionally. In pan, put in oil and veggies and cook on med until everything is tender. When pasta is soft, drain and put back in pot with sauce and tofu. Heat on medium until heated.
