Add the other ingredients and mix well. Drop from tablespoons or scoop into oiled baking dish, or lightly oiled skillet. (I used a foil-lined, cooking spayed cooky sheet.) Flatten the patties and Cover. (I used another sheet of foil.) Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Turn the patties and cover again. Let cook another 15 minutes.
