What Are The Ingredients For Fresh Corn Pie Recipe?

The ingredients for Fresh Corn Pie are:

1 Egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded chedder cheese
1 cp chopped onion
2 cloves of chopped garlic
2 table spoons flour
2 cps corn (5 ears of fresh raw corn kernels cut right off the cob)
3 table spoons olive oil
1/4 fresh red bell pepper - chopped
6 grape tomatoes sliced in half.

Mix together eggs and milk and set aside

In a sauce pan heat the olive oil and stir in onions, garlic and tyme for three minutes till the onion is translucent.

Add the Corn, Pepper and flower and stir for eight minutes.

Into Pie Shell
Put 1/2 corn and onions from above. On top of that put the cheese. On top of that put rest of the corn and onions mixture from above.

Next pour the milk egg mixture over all.

Place the tomato halves on top of it all.
