Put first 4 ingrediants in a bowl & microwave for about 3 min., stirring half way. Add apple & let sit for 1 min. Drizzle with creamer. Enjoy!If you like sweeter oatmeal add no calorie sweetner of your choice before cooking. Another thing I like to do is leave out the spices & add no sugar added apple butter (about 40 cal per tablespoon).
