2 c. shredded mozzarella
.25 c. flour
.5 c. plain whole yogurt
1 large egg
oregano

- Make rolled biscuits according to your favorite recipe. Spread across bottom and sides of baking dish.
- Slice tomatoes and layer on bottom
- Sprinkle corn over tomatoes
- Mix 1 c. cheese and .25 flour and chopped oregano and sprinkle mixture over tomatoes and corn
- repeat 1 -2 times.
- Pour 1/2 c. yogurt and beaten egg over dish
- Cover with biscuit dough
- Bake about 15 minutes at 450 or until golden brown
