1 can of campbells cream of potato condensed soup (10 3/4 ounce can)
1/3 cup of milk
1 bag of mixed frozen veggies (i use birds eye steamers mixed veggies)
1 can of pillsbury grands homestyle buttermilk biscuits (i use the small 5buscuit can since theres only two of us)
2 morning star original chicken patties or if you have my issue and need to make half of the recipe for a meat eater i use 1 morning star patty and one small can of hormels chicken

Here is how you make mini pot pies:

preheat oven to 375*cut biscuits in half and place each half circle into a greased muffin pan cup.mix soup, milk, veggies (season to taste..i like to use sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder)cook patty as directed on box and add to veggie/soup mixture.(i usually split the veggie/soup mixture in half and in half add my patty and the other half add his canned chicked)evenly distribute the veggie/soup/chicken mixture among biscuit halves. place in preheated oven and bake for 15min or until the biscuits are golden brown.cool, eat and enjoy!Serving Size:?10 small servingsNumber of Servings: 10Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user HALFMOON2007.
