1/2 TBSP of 1/3 less fat Philadelphia cream cheese
1 TBSP of ranch dressing light
artichokes about 1/2 cup
1/2 cup of 2% mozzarella cheese

Here is how you make White Pizza for one:

Place flatout bread on pan and spray with pam. Cook in oven at 375 for 5 minutes. While its toasting, saute spinach in pan with olive oil and garlic. remove flatout from ovenand spread cream cheese(softened) mixed with ranch onto flatout with spatula. Chop artichokes and mix with spinach and spread onto flatout. You can add mushrooms, olives or any other veggie you like. Sprinkle with oregano and other italian seasoning s to taste.
