Here is how you make faux pizza crust:

Dice cream cheese. Place mozzarella cheese in a Medium microwave size bowl add diced cream cheese to bowl. Microwave for about 1.5 minutes. (Mixture will be hot.) Add almond flour and flax seed (if you have enough you can do this with all almond flour, but I ran out.) Add egg and mix well. You should have a dough like consistency. Bake in oven at 400-425 (based on your oven) and bake for roughly 5-8 minutes take out and poke holes in any bubbles. Bake an additional 4-6 minutes until crust is golden brown.
