Here is how you make Kinda pizza dough:

Start yeast in warm (about 101'F) water to proof for 5 min. Mix all dry ingredents together, then add yeast proof and Olive oil. Mix till combined (add more flour if mixture is not coming together) Let sit and rest for at least 10 min. Then press out the "dough" with hands ( i put a little but of EVOO on my hands to make sure the dough doesn't stick) onto greased baking dish. Top with ranch dressing and cheese.
