Here is how you make Grilled Mushroom Pizza:

preheat outdoor grill to medium and let sit for 20 minutesroll out dough to the shape of a large pizza, our grill is small so we cut the dough into half and make 2 smaller pizza's. coat the pizza with a very thin layer of olive oil and then rub on cornmeal so pizza wont stick to grill.place cornmeal side down on top of grill and let cook for 7 min keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn. once bubbly flip over and add all the toppings and lower the heat. cook for another 5 mins or until cheese is melted!Enjoy brick oven pizza from your grill!!Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MMARANDA111.
