2 Packages "Watkins Whole Wheat Pizza Crust Mix" (watkinsonline.com/tjcarr)
1- 6oz package fresh baby spinach
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1 cup diced onion
10 jumbo black olives (cut in half)
1/2C Part Skim Mozarella Cheese
1/4C Pizza Sauce
1oz Grated Parmesan Cheese


How Do I Make Stuffed Pizza?

Here is how you make Stuffed Pizza:

Mix 2 packages of Watkins Whole Wheat Pizza Crust Mix (watkinsonline.com/tjcarr) according to package directions. Set aside to allow time to rise.Slice mushrooms and black olives, dice onions. When crust has risen, set half of dough aside. Roll out half of dough to cover bottom of a deep 9 inch pie pan. Once dough is formed to pan add raw spinach, Mozarella cheese, mushrooms, onion, and black olives. Shape second half of pizza dough and place on top of veggies. Seal each half of pizza dough together by sqeezing the edges together. Pour pizza sauce on upper layer of dough, spread around until completely covered. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese.
