1-Cup Chopped Red Pepper

5-Tblsp Pizza Sauce
11/4-cup of Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
1-Tblsp of Italian Seasoning
1-Tblsp of Oregano


How Do I Make Stuffed Portabella Pizza?

Here is how you make Stuffed Portabella Pizza:

Preheat oven at 350. Chop Peppers and Onion Spray pan with oil and saute until crisp tender adding Italian seasoning. Clean and pat dry Mushroom Caps and place on a foil lined tray sprayed with oil. Put approximatley 1/3cup of sauted veggies on each cap. Place 1 Tblsp. of Pizza Sauce on top of each. Then top with 1/4 cup of Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with oregano.
