Here is how you make Tortilla Pizza/Wrap:

Put tortilla on a cookie sheet and spray with olive oil or rub lightly with oil. spread tomatoes on tortilla. Top tomatoes with mushrooms. And then sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake in 350 degrees oven until cheese is melted. You can bake this flat or roll to make a wrap. I like to bake mine flat and then roll into a wrap after baking.
