Here is how you make Friday Night Whole Wheat Pizza:

Measure flour, yeast, salt, sugar and seasonings into large mixing bowl; stir to mix. Add hot water and olive oil and mix with a wooden spoon. Turn out onto a well-floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, adding flour as needed to keep from sticking. Place dough in clean bowl, cover with a clean dish towel and let rise for about 30 minutes, until doubled.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place dough onto pan and spread out with floured hands to desired shape ( rectangle or circle ). Cover with about 1/2 cup bottled pizza sauce, then with shredded mozzarella cheese. Add vegetables and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
