How Do I Make Whole Wheat Pizza?

Here is how you make Whole Wheat Pizza:

I use a 15.5 X 10inch stone pan I have. I take the dough out of the bag, and leave out for about 15min (sprinkle with flour and let stand). The dough should be room temperature. Once dough is room temp I spray Pam Olive Oil on the pan and spread out the dough. Add tomatoe sauce and mozz cheese and Voila! Pizza! You can reheat extra slices later in the week or freeze.
