Here is how you make Pumpkin and Apple Waffles:

Grind oats into a flour using blender or food processor. Combine with baking powder, nutmeg and cinnamon in a small bowl.In a separate bowl, mix eggs with sugar. Add to the dry mixture (note that the mixture will be very dry at this stage). Fold in the pumpkin and half of the chopped apple until well combined into a thick, moist batter.Add batter to waffle iron... about 1/4 cup batter per 4-inch waffle... and cook until done.
