Here is how you make Spiced Pumpkin Protein Pancakes:

1. Mix dry ingredients first2. Add almond milk and egg to flours and mix well. 3. Add pumpkin to mixture and mix well. (If batter is too thick, add small quantities of almond milk until batter is correct consistency for pancakes).4. Spoon 1/4 cup of batter onto non-stick pan or griddle and brown on both sides.Note: I use Pam butter flavor cooking spray to prevent sticking.
