Here is how you make Not Quite Fried Quinoa:

Cook the quinoa by adding it and the water a pan with a tight fitting lid. Bring the water/quinoa to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook about 10 minutes, or until the quinoa has given off its white, curley germ and the water has been absorbed. Once done, set aside to cool.
