The ingredients for Quinoa Taboulleh are:

2 c quinoa, cooked & cooled
1 c fresh parsley, packed
2 T fresh mint leaves, packed
3 green onions, finely sliced
1/2 t ground cumin(I use more)
1/2 t sea salt
2 med size tomatoes, diced
2 cucumbers. Quartered lengthwise & sliced
1 carrot,shredded
1/2 c raw almonds, chopped
1/4 c raisins
3 T olive oil
3 t lemon juice(I used whole lemon plus)
1 can garbanzo/chickpeas, drained & rinsed(optional)

In a large bowl gently mix together all ingredients EXCEPT olive oil. Chill 1 hr for flavors to blend.
Taste for seasonings.
Just before serving, toss with olive oil.
