How Do I Make Rice Pilaf?

Here is how you make Rice Pilaf:

Wipe mushroom with a damp paper towel and slice; mince garlic and finely chop onions. Heat oil in a nonstick saucepan on medium heat, and saute onion and garlic about 1-2 minutes; be careful not to burn. Adjust heat to medium-high, add broth and parsley; bring to a boil. Add rice, return to boil, then reduce heat to medium; add mushrooms, stir and cover. Simmer 15-20 minutes, or until rice is tender and water is absorbed.
