Here is how you make Sharon's Rice:

In a large Dutch Oven spray the bottom with PAM or your brand of cooking spray. Add Rice A Roni and brown.Once brown add any chopped vegetables if you wish.Add crushed tomato and salsa and 1 can of waterAdd drained and rinsed Beans, Corn and Mushrooms.Stir and cover and let simmer for at least 60 minutes, the longer the better or make the day before.This is great for large gatherings or sharing.
