Preheat oven to 400 degreesPlace beets in shallow roasting, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Add enough water to cover bottom of dish. I used a 7x11 glass casserole dish.Roast 25 minutes, add sage and if needed add a little more water. Roast another 5-10 minutes.These are great right out of the oven or to save for later to add to your favorite green salad.Number of Servings: 4
