Here is how you make vege rolls:

Make pastry with s.r.flour, butter and trex. Divide into 5. Leave to rest.Dry fry chopped onion with a little water until soft. Don't brown.Make breadcrumbs with the 4 slices bread. Put into a large bowl with ground almonds and oats. Mix the rest of the dry ingredients into this.Whizz tofu in food processor with cottage cheese. Add in the eggs and tomato puree for last few seconds. Add soy sauce.Mix onions in the wet ingredients then add it to the dry ingredients to make a wet mixture. Rest in the fridge for an hour to absorb liquid.Roll out each of the pasty portions into a long oblong then fill with the mixture.
