Here is how you make Dijon Fruit Salad:

In a small bowl combine yogurt, olive oil, mustard and vinegar. Stir to combine. Add a pinch of salt if desired. Put sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds and flax seeds in a coffee grinder, blender or food processor. Pulse into a fine powder. Add to yogurt mixture and stir to combine.
