Slice lengthwise the squash and zucchini. Put on a piece of foil sprayed with cooking spray, and coat with more cooking spray and garlic salt. Roast veggies until soft. Chop and set aside. Put 2 1/2 cups water and 1 cup of bulgur in a pan, boil for about twenty minutes on medium low heat. When it's soft take off heat and drain any excess water. Add chopped veggies and feta cheese.
