Here is how you make Almost Thai Red Curry Sauce:

Note: I mostly follow the instructions on the "Thai Kitchen" Red Curry Paste bottle, with personal modifications.Heat milk and cream over medium heat, add curry paste, curry powder, garlic, chili-garlic sauce, ginger paste, paprika, and coconut flavoring. Simmer 10 minutes. Add brown sugar (and fish sauce if desired 1 tbsp) and any veggies. Simmer another 5 minutes.When done, add any meats desired (chicken, shrimp) and simmer another 5 minutes.
