Cook pasta according to packageIn a food processor, mince garlic. Then add goat and cream cheeses. Add 1/2 of fresh spinach, and salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.In a big serving bowl, place remaining fresh spinach on bottom. Drain pasta, but reserve a cup of pasta water, dump pasta over spinach. Spread cheese mixture over pasta. Pour pasta water over pasta to spread sauce out. Toss pasta, spinach, and sauce. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, and top with Parmesan cheese.
