3 tbsp of fresh basil, finely chopped
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil (I prefer extra virgin)
1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt (regular salt will work too)

This sauce will be enough for 4 normal sized pasta portions.Prepare your tomatoes, mushroom, basil, parsley, and garlic.Heat the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and garlic in a large skillet over high heat - stir while heating.Add your chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, basil and parsley. Stir to get everything coated with the the olive oil, vinegar and garlic. Add your salt and pepper - stir again.Reduce the heat to a simmer, cover, and let simmer for about 25 minutes.
