Just a simple scramble of Soyrizo, Eggbeaters, and onions (optional). I like to make this for breakfast for dinner and serve with white rice (in my Filipino household we always had white rice with breakfast growing up so this is a throwback to come comfort food - but much healthier!).

How Do I Make Soyrizo Scramble?

Here is how you make Soyrizo Scramble:

Dice Onions and saute in a non-stick skillet with pam. Once softened add soyrizo and brown. Once browned to your liking (you can keep it semi soft or as brown as you like) add the Eggbeaters and keep stirring with a spatula to prevent from sticking to to the pan. Once the eggs are cooked you are done!! You can add salt/pepper to taste but the soyrizo already as alot of flavor of both so you probably won't need it.
