PB2 - can also use regular peanut butter but fat content will change
cocoa powder - I use only when I want chocolate flavor and have only plain or vanilla nut milk (calories are negligible)
banana - best if frozen, if fresh add ice
hemp seeds - for protein and nutty flavor
flax meal - optional, but nutrition information includes it.

In blender, combine milk, hemp seeds, flax, and PB2. Blend till smooth. Add frozen banana OR fresh banana and ice. Blend till smooth.
