I use organic produce for my smoothies. Wash all veggies & fruits before adding to the blender.Put lemon & lime juice in first and lthen just ayer the rest in, adding the water last. I use a regular blender and it takes 3 - 5 minutes to blend everything together well on the highest speed possible.
