Avocados, California (Haas), .25 fruit without skin and seeds (frozen from fresh, see Tips)
Banana, fresh, .25 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (frozen from fresh, see Tips)

Blend swiss chard (or any greens)with almond milk for 2-3 minutes, fully demolishing the greens for a nice, smooth taste. Add yogurt, berries, avocado, banana and any other additives (I often add ground flax, RAW greens powder or grass-fed gelatin, etc: none of these are included in the nutrition analysis)Mix until it reaches desired consistency, adding more almond milk or yogurt if needed. I split it into two mason jars and drink one right away, saving the other half for the next morning.
