Put water on to boil for pasta. Cut up carrots, place in steam bag in microwave for 4 min, put rotini in to boil. (For the celery and onion I use the frozzen called "recipe begenings". They are together in the same pakage.) place onion and celery in one of the steam bags and set in microwane for 5 minuites. While this is cooking, open your beans, tomatoes and mushrooms.Pasta will be cooked by now. Drain well. Add everything else now. Cook for another 10 minuites.
