4 ea. 15 oz. cans mixed vegetables
2 cups chopped cabbage


How Do I Make Beef Vegetable Soup?

Here is how you make Beef Vegetable Soup:

To make this a vegatarian soup, simply leave out the beef !1. Meat should be cut into bite size chunks and cooked in large pot with just enough olive oil to coat each piece.2. While meat is cooking peel and dice 2 med potatoes 2. Add potatoes and 1/4 onion that has been diced. Cook until onion is clear looking.3. Add 3-4 beef bullion cubes.4. Add cans of chosen mixed vegetables and tomatoes.5. Add 2 cups chopped cabbage.6. Add enough water to cover all ingredients. 7. Add desired seasonings. I do not use any table salt. Mrs. Dash, celery salt, garlic salt and other meat seasonings may be used. I also use Red Robin Seasoning. 8. Bring to boil then turn down heat to medium for at least one hour. You may need to add water as the soup begin to form and to keep it at the desired thinkness. The cabbage should cook until it disappears.
