1 cube vegan beef bouillon by edward and sons (optional)
6 cup Water
1 medium Onions chopped finely
2 medium Potato cubed
4 cloves Garlic
6 cup Garden Mix: Spinach, Romaine Lettuce, Red Leaf Lettuce (I used the whole container when it started wilting)
2 Carrots chopped
1 Bell Pepper chopped
1 package mushrooms
2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast (optional)
3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
