10oz Frozen Peas
2 Medium Onions Raw finely chopped
I clove Garlic
1tsp Oregano
.5tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cups Water

Here is how you make Yummy Green Pea Soup:

Pour oil in a pan and sauté the onions until they become translucent. Be careful not to burn them otherwise the soup will taste bad. Next add the garlic and sauté. Now add the oregano and mix well. Add all of the frozen peas and two cups of water. You can add vegetable stock, but water is good enough. Let it simmer for a while until the peas become soft.Take off the heat and leave to cool. Pour into a blender and mix till a smooth consistency, you can use a hand plender just as well. Taste if need seasoning then add Salt & Pepper.Why not try chopped mint or coriander to sprinkle on.
