Here is how you make Green Soup:

Cut or dice greens into small pieces, dice onion, mince garlicHeat the oil in a large sauce pan, and sautee the onion and garlic until the onion goes clear. Add all spices besides the salt and pepperAdd the lentils and quinoa, and sautee until the lentils JUST begin to softenAdd the greens and soy sauce, and sautee for just a few stirs, about 30 secondsAdd the vegetable broth (add more if it doesn't cover all of your ingredients) and simmer for 15 minAfter the greens, lentils and quinoa appear to be fully cooked, use an immersion blender to puree the soup until desired consistency is reached. The more it's pureed, the creamier it will taste! Serve hot with salt and pepper. I like my soups super thick, but if this is too thick for your taste, add more water or veg broth.
