Here is how you make Vegetable Tray Soup:

Heat dutch oven over medium heat. Add EVOO, celery, and carrots to dutch oven and saute for 3-5 minutes until celery is soft. Add cauliflower and continue to cook for another 5 minutes. Pour chicken broth and water into mixture and add onion flakes and ranch dressing mix. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 25-30 minutes.
