Cut up cabbage broccoli and cauliflower and add with rest of indredients to a 6 or 7 qt crock pot.Cook on high for one hour and then on low for a couple of hours. Then put on warm for overnight cooking. This makes quite a bit of soup as you can see. It is filling and healthy.The veggie requirements alone are met in a couple of 2 cup meals.
