Add 5 tsp of chicken boullion and 6 tsp of vegetable boullion. Cut up celery, carrots, okra, red and yellow peppers, onion and cabbage and put into pot. Add spinach and spice as desired. Bring to full boil for about 2 minutes then reduce heat. Stir as needed during all phases of cooking so as not to stick to bottom of your pot. This recipe can easily be put into containers in the freezer to enjoy at a later time. Makes 8 2 cup servings.***Feel free to add whatever vegetables you have around.
