This is actually a vegan pasta, sorta Italian dish, but because my Irish husband loves anything with potatoes in it, he dubbed this recipe Irish Spaghetti. Transfer to a small bowl and stir in the cheese, and lightly season with a little salt and pepper.Steam the green beans until almost tender, 6 - 7 minutes.
