Cook until all the water is absorbed)and set asideThaw 1/2 package of chopped spinach Chop or sliver 1 OnionPour 2 t. olive oil in a large frying pan and heat on Medium heat.When the oil is hot, add the onion and cook until transluscent.Add the cubed tofu and cook until it slightly browns.Add the pumpkin seeds and cook for about 1 minute before adding the chopped spinach and the Mrs Dash seasonong.
