Saute chopped onion in olive oil in a large pot until softened, about 5 minutes. Add green beans, stir and cook for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, zucchini, potato, wine, salt, pepper, cayenne, oregano, thyme, and garlic. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer about 40-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
