1. Heat the oil in a medium skillet on medium heat and saute the onion for 5 minutes. Add cabbage and sprinkle with salt. Saute for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occassionally.2. Add pepper and cinnamon and saute for 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, garbanzos, raisins. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes.3.
