Here is how you make Soba Stir Fry:

Cook the Soba noodles 8 to ten minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse well with cold water.While the noodles are cooking heat oil in a skillet and saute the garlic for 1 minute.Add mushrooms, carrots and 1/2 tbsp soy sauce. Saute for 2 more minutes.
