Add one cup of rice to boiling water-- stir. Reduce heat to low and cover rice.-- stir it occasionally to avoid sticking.While rice is cooking, add entire package of great value stir-fry veggies to large wok or skillet over medium/high heat. Add soy sauce and teriyaki sauce to taste. Cover and cook until veggies are crisp-tender and hot.I usually put out 3 bowls and evenly distribute rice and stir-fry to each bowl. (Pop 2 bowls in the fridge and you've got yourself lunch or dinner for another day!). I like to top this with chow-mein noodles and some schezuan sauce (however you spell it).
