Here is how you make Stuffed Zuuchini:

Preheat oven to 350Cut 4 zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out pulp (put to the side)- arrange halves on a baking sheet. coursely chop the remaining zucchini and pulp as well as the onion. Melt spread, cook onion and zucchini stirring occassionally until tender. Add chopped garlic, oregano, and chopped pepper. Cook 1 minute, stirring, and remove from heat. Allow to cool slightly.
