Here is how you make Kale Stuffed Pitas:

spray pan with olive oil spray and add 1 tsp. olive oil.saute onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add chopped kale with some water clinging to the leaves.Saute until tender and most of water is gone. Remove from heat and stir in seasonings and crumbled feta. Set aside.Cut pitas in half crosswise and open pockets.
