794 grams Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, extra firm
4 cup Stir Fry Veggies - Broccoli, grn/red peps, carrots, zucchini, onion squash
3 cup Almond Milk - Silk Original
3 tbsp Curry powder
1 tbsp Ground tumeric (by SUPERSNAZZ)
5 clove Garlic
3 tsp Ginger Root


How Do I Make Alli_Curry Tofu?

Here is how you make Alli_Curry Tofu:

Drain and Pre-slice Tofu. Place on parchment paper on a baking sheet. Bake @ 400 for about 20, check turn over, then bake for another 15 until firm. I sprinkled the tofu with curry powder before baking for extra flavor. In a skillet on Medium high heat - add the almond milk or coconut milk ( I did not have any coconut milk so subbed for Almond this time). Add curry, tumeric, ginger and garlic. You can add garlic to taste, I like extra. I added the veggies to this and cooked it while the tofu was cooking. Added tofu once it was done. You can serve it over quinoa or another grain if you choose Serving Size:?2 cup serving size
