1 Package Extra Firm Tofu
1 8 Oz Greek Yogurt - Plain
1 TBSP Cornstarch
2 Oz Stacy's Pita Chips (I use Garlic and Herb Flavor but you can also use plain or another flavor)



How Do I Make Tofu Cutlets?

Here is how you make Tofu Cutlets:

Prep TofuWrap tofu in several layers of paper towels and then wrap in a towel. Place heavy objects on top to aid in the drying process. I use a cast iron skillet with several cans salsa, pasta sauce, or veggies for added weight. This process takes 20 minutes.Once tofu is dry cut horizontally into 4 pieces or cut vertically into 8 strips.Breading:Crush Stacy's Pita chips until fine. Place in separate Bowl and mix in corn starch.Add yogurt to a separate bowl.Preheat Oven to 400 degrees. Assembly: dip both sides of tofu in yogurt and then dip both sides of tofu in the bread mixture. Place on baking sheet.
